方案一：修復登錄檔
單擊【開始】→【執行】→輸入」regedit」按回車鍵，在登錄檔編輯器視窗中定位到
\hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\shell icons，在右側視窗中找到名為」29」的字串值並單擊右鍵刪除：
3. 按鍵盤ctrl+shift+esc 開啟工作管理員，點選【程序】→找到explorer.exe後單擊滑鼠右鍵→點選【結束程序】(此操作會結束所有開啟的資料夾和工作列和桌面圖示也會消失，此時別急，進行第4步操作就會重新開啟工作列和桌面圖示)：
4. 在工作管理員中點選【檔案(f)】→【新建任務(執行...)(n)】→在執行框中輸入"explorer"→【確定】：

在桌面，右擊滑鼠，點屬性，在彈出的視窗點選桌面標籤，點選自定義桌面按鈕，你會看到有四個帶勾選項的，選擇internet explorer，就好了。最後一路確定。

開啟「我的電腦」，進入ie安裝目錄路徑：c:\program files\internet explorer
右擊iexplore.exe檔案，彈出選單選擇「複製」。
返回桌面，右擊桌面空白處彈出選單選擇「貼上」。
把iexplore.exe檔案複製貼上到桌面即可。

這不是快捷方式，剛裝完win7 只有一個圖示那就是垃圾筒 所以一切圖示都要自己弄出來 我的方法我試過 我曾經在win7下卸過ie 再調回來時 也要用這個方法
