即把seem to do 中的主語變成that從句的主語，如：
he seems to be able to do the hard job.
it seems that he is able to do the job.
2. 關於seem to be no 的解釋：
seem to do sth. 其實 sth. 就是指代do後面的各種情況，當然也包括用 no，not any 修飾的名詞，但它們不是這個句型必需的條件，只有 seem to do 才是必需的，因此你可以在的筆記中刪去這個並不重要的 no，例句如下：
there seems to be nothing wrong with the computer。
there seems to be something wrong with the computer.
there seems to be no wrong with the computer。
there seems to be not anything wrong with the computer。
（it seems that there is something wrong with the computer.)
